Qualifications

• Experience building data products, metric governance, and semantic layer concepts.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain dashboards in Tableau Next to serve as a single source of truth for stakeholders.
• Standardize metric definitions and maintain the semantic layer and metric catalog.
• Turn ad-hoc questions into fast, credible analysis for CCO and Customer Success leadership.
• Partner with stakeholders to resolve reporting issues and own the metric governance end-to-end.
