Addison Group in Oklahoma City or Tulsa is seeking a Senior Technical Business Analyst (Tableau) for an onsite role within a mission-driven healthcare services organization. You will build dashboards, analyze data from enterprise systems, and collaborate with operations, finance, clinical, and billing teams to drive improvements.

The ideal candidate will bring advanced SQL and data analysis skills, experience with Tableau or Power BI, and familiarity with ETL and data warehousing concepts.

Qualifications

• Strong experience with Tableau or comparable data visualization platforms such as Power BI.
• Advanced SQL and data analysis skills.
• Experience with enterprise BI tools, ETL processes, and data warehousing concepts.
• Healthcare, clinical, or public safety data experience preferred.
• Experience gathering requirements for enterprise-level BI initiatives.
• Ability to communicate technical concepts to diverse stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Analyze complex business processes and translate requirements into scalable solutions.
• Develop dashboards and reports using Tableau and BI tools.
• Collaborate with operations, finance, clinical, billing, and support teams to improve performance.
• Analyze data from multiple enterprise systems to identify trends and opportunities.
• Work with SQL, Snowflake, and SharePoint data sources.
• Present findings to stakeholders and leadership.
• Support process improvement and performance optimization across departments.
