Addison Group is seeking a Senior Data Analytics Engineer Consultant to drive the implementation of an enterprise data platform and analytics environment in Oklahoma City. You will bridge data engineering, stakeholders, and reporting teams to transform enterprise data into trusted datasets and scalable metrics.

The ideal candidate has deep SQL, Snowflake, dimensional modeling, and BI experience, with a focus on standardization, data quality, and governance across reporting platforms.

Qualifications

• Experience in analytics engineering or BI engineering.
• Advanced SQL development and performance optimization.
• Experience with Snowflake or similar cloud platforms.
• Knowledge of dimensional modeling and enterprise metrics.

Responsibilities

• Develop curated analytical models and semantic-ready datasets for reporting.
• Write, optimize, and document complex SQL for transformations and metrics.
• Translate requirements into dimensions, facts, measures, and rules.
• Collaborate with stakeholders, data stewards, analysts, and developers.
• Document business terms, lineage, mappings, and data usage guidelines.
• Implement automated data quality testing and regression prevention.
• Prepare Snowflake datasets for Power BI and other tools.
• Support semantic models and self-service reporting practices.
• Analyze and improve existing reporting and data structures.
• Promote standardization and reuse of business logic across teams.
