Job summary

System One seeks a Senior Talent Acquisition Recruiter to drive full-cycle recruitment for engineering roles in the nuclear energy sector from Stonington, CT. You will partner with hiring managers to source, assess, and onboard engineers for I&C, electrical, mechanical, and civil disciplines on project-based needs.

Ideal candidates bring 3+ years of nuclear-focused engineering recruiting, strong sourcing of passive candidates, and adept use of ATS and MS Office.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience in engineering, preferably nuclear.
• Direct recruiting across I&C, Electrical, Mechanical, Civil/Structural engineering.
• Experience supporting plant modifications, design engineering, system upgrades.
• Knowledge of NRC regulations and nuclear plant operations.
• Strong sourcing of passive engineering candidates and urgent timelines.

Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruiting for engineering and technical roles.
• Source, screen, interview, and qualify candidates for project needs.
• Engage passive candidates through multiple sourcing channels.
• Coordinate interviews and support offer process with managers.
• Own requisitions from opening to placement and redeployment.
• Partner with hiring managers on technical requirements and schedules.
• Support project-based hiring with mobilization and site needs.
• Track recruiting activity and hiring progress.
• Coordinate pre-employment steps: background checks, drug tests, I-9, E-Verify.
• Maintain clear communication with candidates and stakeholders.
