Job summary

WPP is seeking a Senior Talent Acquisition Partner – Tech Sales, Commercial, Tech and Data for a 4-month remote role across LATAM, North America and Canada. You will lead end-to-end recruiting for SaaS sales, technology, data and digital roles, partnering with senior leaders to deliver high-quality searches in a fast-moving tech environment.

Candidates should have hands-on TA experience in SaaS or tech, strong stakeholder management and the ability to build pipelines across the Americas.

Qualifications

• Hands-on talent acquisition experience in SaaS, tech or fast-moving environments.
• Experience delivering hiring across SaaS sales, enterprise sales, tech or data roles.
• Strong stakeholder management and ability to influence senior leaders.

Responsibilities

• Deliver end-to-end recruitment for commercial, SaaS sales, go-to-market, technology, data, AI, engineering, product, platform and digital roles across LATAM, North America and Canada.
• Partner with senior hiring leaders to deliver against requisitions and provide market insights.
• Build pipelines across the Americas and manage candidate experience through offers.
