Job summary

Loch Harbour Group in Washington, DC is seeking a Senior Test & Evaluation Analyst to support Air Force T&E policy, program management, and financial oversight. You will review technical and programmatic docs, facilitate strategy meetings, support PPBE budgeting, and assist FMP activities across DoD channels.

Candidates should be detail-oriented, an effective communicator, and capable of navigating Air Force acquisition, test, and financial management processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a technical, scientific, or business field; Master’s preferred.
• 8–10+ years of DoD or Air Force T&E, policy, program management, or financial experience.
• Active Secret clearance; Top Secret/SCI preferred for FMP support.
• Experience with PPBE, PE management, and DoD financial reporting and analysis.

Responsibilities

• Review technical documentation and formulate concepts for new tests or projects.
• Facilitate and document meetings on T&E strategy, planning, funding, and policy.
• Provide financial management support across PPBE, budgeting, and execution.
• Develop and revise AF/TE policies and guidance; support FMP activities.
• Coordinate with officers and leadership on policy, budget, and program actions.
