Resilient Structures in Humble, TX seeks a Senior Project Engineer to lead transmission and distribution projects from concept through construction. You’ll collaborate with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams to advance critical infrastructure.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering field and PE licensure.
• Minimum 8 years of transmission and distribution line design experience.
• Proficiency with PLS-CADD and PLS-POLE software.
• Experience designing overhead T&D projects and knowledge of utility design standards.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams to advance projects.
• Review complex designs, perform structural analysis and pole loading calculations.
• Provide technical guidance, mentor engineers, and oversee project execution from concept to construction.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and manage budgets/schedules where applicable.
