Job summary

Testa Search Partners is seeking a Senior Project Engineer to lead overhead T&D line design and project execution. You will manage multiple projects from concept through construction, provide technical guidance to design teams, and coordinate with clients and sales managers to deliver safe, reliable energy delivery.

The role requires 8+ years in T&D line design, proficiency with PLS-CADD/PLS-POLE, and a PE license is a plus.

Qualifications

• BS degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Civil/Structural Engineering.
• 8+ years of experience in T&D line design.
• Proficiency with PLS-CADD, PLS-POLE, and related design tools.

Responsibilities

• Design and review overhead T&D line projects (4kV–345kV).
• Provide technical oversight to engineering/design teams and ensure compliance with codes and client requirements.
• Serve as the primary technical contact for utility clients and project stakeholders.
• Manage multiple projects from concept through construction support.
• Collaborate with clients, Sales Engineers, and Operations teams to deliver integrated solutions.
• Promote safety and risk management in all project phases.
