Job summary

Resilient Structures is seeking a Senior Project Engineer to lead the design and execution of overhead transmission and distribution line projects. You will act as a technical resource for sales and project teams, ensuring on-time, on-budget, compliant deliverables.

The role requires 8+ years in T&D line design, PE licensure, and strong knowledge of NESC/IEEE/ASCE standards. On-site in Houston, with occasional travel for field support and client meetings.

Qualifications

• Experience leading design teams on transmission and distribution projects.
• Proficiency with T&D design standards (NESC, RUS, IEEE, ASCE).
• PE license and large-scale capital program experience are a bonus.

Responsibilities

• Lead design and review overhead T&D lines (4kV–345kV).
• Provide technical oversight to engineering teams and clients.
• Manage multiple projects from concept through construction support.
• Mentor junior engineers and promote best practices.
• Ensure safety, quality, and regulatory compliance.
