Qualifications

• Min 10 years of relevant work experience or equivalent combination of education and experience.

• Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve results.
• Strong political acumen and ability to influence across levels of the organization.
• Experience in data collection and analysis techniques using statistics or social science methods.

Responsibilities

• Manages a team of analysts focusing on systemwide budget, tuition and fees, financial aid, and enrollment management.
• Oversees responses to inquiries from Board of Regents and senior UC managers.
• Collaborates with decision-makers across UC to align solutions with strategic goals.
• Leads complex analyses and projects with UC-wide influence using data science tools.
• Presents analyses to senior management to persuade or negotiate methods and objectives.
