You will lead system-level validation across multiple hardware programs, coordinate with 3rd party IV&V partners, and develop test plans and automation to accelerate releases. The role requires 8+ years in electrical/system validation, hands-on hardware bring-up, and strong analytical skills to drive root-cause analysis and sign-off on qualifications.

Qualifications

• BS in Electrical Engineering or related field with 8+ years of experience.
• Experience reviewing test plans and defining validation criteria for complex electrical systems.
• Hands-on ability to perform internal system tests and hardware bring-up.
• Excellent communication with vendors and suppliers.
• Ability to operate standard electrical test and measurement equipment.
• Strong analytical skills for root cause analysis.
• Ability to manage multiple validation tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Perform internal system-level validation and PRQs across hardware programs.
• Execute qualifications for server components (SSD, Memory, Networking).
• Create and refine test plans for internal and external testing.
• Review OEM test results, provide feedback, and grant final sign-off.
• Collaborate with OEMs and 3rd parties to drive IV&V efforts.
• Develop and maintain test automation scripts and frameworks.
• Document validation timelines, configurations, and processes.
• Provide training on validation test execution and data analysis.
