Job summary

Konami Gaming, Inc. is seeking a Systems Training Specialist II to design, deliver, and manage training programs for our SYNKROS casino management system.

You will lead instructor-led, virtual, and hybrid sessions for customers and staff, ensuring alignment with project timelines, feature releases, and operational requirements. The role requires strong communication skills, knowledge of casino operations, and the ability to work across teams while traveling up to 50-75%.

Qualifications

• Requires a minimum of three years training and casino operations experience.
• Ability to communicate professionally with all levels of the business.
• Must be able to obtain and maintain Gaming licensure.

Responsibilities

• Deliver instructor-led, virtual, and hybrid training for customers and employees.
• Lead training engagements and coordinate training activities to ensure objectives are met.
• Collaborate with Project Management and Systems Implementation teams during installations and upgrades.
• Support customer adoption through release-readiness activities and feature demonstrations.
• Coordinate training logistics: scheduling, travel, equipment readiness, and stakeholder communication.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of SYNKROS functionality and casino operations.
