Job summary

Arcfield is seeking a Senior Systems Testing Engineer to join a skilled, long-standing team supporting integration, testing, and analysis for operational and emerging systems. This role requires a TS/SCI clearance with polygraph and a strong Systems Engineering focus to support mission execution.

Responsibilities include evaluating system performance, leading test activities, and collaborating with DoD/IC customers to develop robust verification methodologies.

Qualifications

• Requires TS/SCI clearance with Polygraph.
• Degreed in Imaging Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or STEM field (BS/MS/PhD).
• Experience with imagery and GEOINT products (PAN, IR, MSI, RADAR, LIDAR, FMV).
• Knowledge of imagery exploitation and system performance analysis.

Responsibilities

• Perform analysis and evaluations of operational capabilities.
• Conduct project management for integrating, testing, and evaluating systems.
• Baseline assessment of system performance to support mission initializations.
• Evaluate algorithms to quantify performance for mission applications.
• Respond to anomalous mission behaviors with corrective actions.
