Job summary

Skyline Construction seeks a Senior Systems Engineer to design, implement, and secure enterprise systems across on-prem, cloud, and hybrid environments. You will lead modernization efforts, mentor staff, and collaborate with cybersecurity and business stakeholders to deliver reliable services.

The role includes overseeing identity and access management, ensuring least-privilege access, and coordinating with offshore teams for delivery across multiple offices, including Phoenix.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of progressive systems engineering experience in a multi-site enterprise.
• Strong hands-on experience with Windows Server, AD, and hybrid Azure environments.
• Bachelor's degree in IT, CS, or engineering; Azure/VMware certifications preferred.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and maintain scalable, secure systems across on-prem, cloud, and hybrid environments.
• Lead infrastructure modernization and coordinate with cybersecurity and service teams.
• Mentor engineers and coordinate offshore Systems Engineering teams.
• Oversee IAM, including SSO, MFA, RBAC, and access governance.
• Provide incident response and disaster recovery planning support.
