Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Act as subject matter expert for product testing, reliability, requirements management and warranty analysis.
• Collaborate with design engineers and marketing to define product specifications for durability and user needs.
• Conduct design reviews to show project status and readiness for testing and verification activities.
• Develop and execute reliability, design, and validation assessments for successful product introductions.
• Ensure completion of product qualification test plans including functional, reliability, and durability testing.
• Develop test procedures and validate methods for power tools meeting customer requirements.
• Analyze and present product usage and risk assessments using Weibull distributions and related stats.
• Lead root cause analysis for life testing issues and participate in end-user research events.
• Interact with global engineers, suppliers and manufacturing in product commercialization.
• Track multiple projects to maintain schedule and process adherence.
