Job summary

Milwaukee Tool is seeking a Senior Project Engineer to lead advanced test methods and reliability analyses for power tool products. This role requires hands-on testing, cross-functional collaboration with design, marketing and manufacturing, and strong data-driven decision making throughout development.

You will mentor junior engineers, manage multiple projects, and contribute to product qualification and launch activities in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in mechanical, electrical, systems, robotics or related engineering field.
• 5+ years of experience in product development, systems, reliability, test or similar function.
• Experience with systems engineering fundamentals and requirements management.
• Experience with life data analysis, reliability distributions, and related software is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Act as subject matter expert on product testing, reliability, requirements management and warranty analysis.
• Collaborate with design engineers and marketing to define product specifications for life, durability and user needs.
• Conduct design reviews to show project status, risks and readiness for testing and verification.
