Job summary

PKM-Steel-Service, Inc. seeks an experienced IT Systems Developer to provide direction and develop system specifications to improve operational efficiency.

You will design, implement, and maintain software solutions that support manufacturing and administrative processes. Responsibilities include coding, testing, documenting programs, and coordinating with management and users to ensure timely, cost-effective delivery of IT projects.

Qualifications

• Minimum of five (5) years’ experience in systems development, implementation and management.
• Thorough, in-depth knowledge of advanced system analysis and design techniques.
• Proficiency with Visual FoxPro and SQL databases.

Responsibilities

• Develop detailed system design specifications to guide system/program development.
• Code, test, debug and document programs; enhance existing systems as needed.
• Coordinate testing for new or modified applications and hardware.
• Provide technical liaison between departments and IT for project needs.
