Job summary

Excite Credit Union is seeking a System/Network Administrator to manage and improve its technology infrastructure, including network, servers, cloud, storage, and virtualization. The role ensures uptime, security, and performance across the organization, with on-call support and tight collaboration with the IT Infrastructure Manager and vendors.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in information technology or 5+ years of comparable experience.
• Cisco certifications (CCNA, CCNP) or higher.
• Deep knowledge of DHCP, DNS, Radius, VLANs, TCP/IP, HTTPS, SSH, IIS, and CA.

Responsibilities

• Administer and support network, servers, storage, cloud, telecom, and virtualization infrastructure.
• Manage Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, VPNs, VoIP, backups, and DR platforms.
• Configure and maintain firewalls, wireless, and security appliances.
• Monitor security controls and vulnerability management tools; ensure regulatory compliance.
• Troubleshoot complex infrastructure and coordinate with vendors for resolution.
• Maintain technical documentation, diagrams, inventories, and DR procedures.
