Qualifications

• Associate's or bachelor's degree in computer science or a related field and 2-3 years of network administrative support experience.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with ability to interact with technical and non-technical resources.
• Self-disciplined and able to manage multiple projects with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Provide operational and troubleshooting support for WAN and LAN networks that include Cisco Meraki firewalls, switches, and access points.
• Implement, tune, and manage network technology.
• Rack and cable equipment in corporate buildings and maintain installation documentation.
• Evaluate, test, and deploy all technology upgrades to the network infrastructure.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues with software or hardware.
• Maintain procedures and reports that provide technical support to the entire organization.
• Analyze records and logs to spot underlying trends and potential issues.
• Work closely with the fellow tech team members to provide end-user support and issue resolution.
• Establish accounts for new users and assist with password or login problems.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of emerging tools and technologies.
• Participate in business-wide meetings to provide insight into technical requirements.
