Qualifications

• 5–10 years of experience working with power systems (non‑academic).
• Familiarity with high voltage battery systems or power electronics.
• Passion for renewable energy and sustainability.

Responsibilities

• Define system and component design direction and requirements.
• Identify key performance indicators and optimize system design.
• Validate models with experimental data and refine them.

Skills

System-level equivalent circuit models

Electrical and thermal engineering fundamentals

MATLAB/Simulink or Python

Prototyping, validation, and testing experience

Education
