Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree with 2 years of aircraft systems test engineering experience, or 6+ years without a degree.
• With a HS diploma or GED you must have at least 8 years’ aircraft systems test engineering experience.
• Experience supporting test, integration, verification, or validation of avionics, mission systems, or similar electronic systems.
• Experience developing, documenting, and executing test procedures including SOVT.
• Ability to write test procedures and reports based on system requirements and applicable standards.

Responsibilities

• Perform systems test engineering tasks for aircraft modernization, maintenance, and new systems integration.
• Develop and execute software quality methods, processes, and standards.
• Implement tests and procedures to improve software quality assurance.
• Collaborate across cross-functional teams and communicate technical info clearly to stakeholders.
• Travel up to 50% within the US, with potential for OCONUS assignments.
