Qualifications

• Requires 6+ years aircraft systems test engineering with associate degree or 2+ years with bachelor’s degree.
• Experience with test, integration, verification, or validation for avionics, mission systems, or related complex electronic systems.
• Experience documenting and executing test procedures including SOVT.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail in fast-paced environments.
• Willingness to travel up to 50% in the US, with potential for OCONUS.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work in confined spaces in aviation environments.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute software quality methods, processes, and standards for product performance and compliance.
• Implement tests and procedures supporting continuous improvement of software QA processes.
• Support integration of avionics, communications, and mission systems across platforms.
• Author detailed test procedures and perform SOVT for avionics, cockpit systems, and navigation equipment.
• Collaborate across cross-functional teams and communicate technical information clearly to stakeholders.
