Job summary

ZT Systems is seeking an E3/E4 Senior Staff engineer for Systems Integration & Test Development in Secaucus, NJ. You will design automated test frameworks and lead end-to-end integration across hardware, firmware, software, networking, and platform management to ensure rapid validation and deployment readiness.

You will mentor engineers, drive root-cause analysis, and push for continuous improvements in validation processes, test infra, and automation platforms across hyperscale infrastructure

Qualifications

• 10+ years in systems integration, test engineering, validation, or platform development.
• Experience integrating hardware, firmware, software, networking, and infra technologies.
• Proficient in Python, Shell, Go, Java or similar languages.
• Strong understanding of system validation methodologies and release qualification processes.

Responsibilities

• Design scalable automated test frameworks for system integration and validation.
• Lead end-to-end integration across hardware, firmware, software, networking, and platform management.
• Create test strategies and automation to improve coverage and efficiency.
• Develop automated test cases for functional, performance, reliability, regression, and interoperability testing.
• Support bring-up and validation of servers, storage, networking, and infrastructure platforms.
• Collaborate to troubleshoot integration challenges and drive root-cause analysis.
• Build tools to accelerate development cycles and reduce manual testing.
• Analyze logs, telemetry, and test data to assess platform stability and readiness.
• Define validation metrics, dashboards, and reporting for visibility into health and readiness.
• Mentor engineers and contribute technical leadership across initiatives.
