Job summary

Planned Systems International is seeking a Sr. System Integration Test Engineer to support VA IV&V testing efforts.

You will analyze requirements, design and execute comprehensive test plans, and lead test activities across SOA, web services, and health IT components. The role requires seven years of software testing experience, strong communication skills, and the ability to work both independently and in a team.

Qualifications

• Broad experience in the software testing lifecycle.
• Seven years’ experience with software testing and leading test efforts.
• Experience writing detailed test plans, test cases, and test reports.
• Knowledge of test management and automation tools.
• Experience with SOA, SOAP/REST, FHIR, HL7; healthcare IT exposure.
• Strong communication skills and ability to interact with stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Analyze and comprehend requirements.
• Write detailed test cases mapped to requirements.
• Design tests for architecture, environment, and data needs.
• Perform various testing types including integration and data migration.
• Identify, disposition defects, and generate status/test reports.
• Provide clear test analyses and work with team and customers.
