Job summary

Terran Orbital is seeking an experienced Sr. Systems Integration Engineer to join our multidisciplinary team in Irvine. You will build, integrate, and test space vehicles at sub-system and system levels, reporting to the Manager, Systems Integration & Test. Weekend shift (Fri-Sun, 6:00 AM–7:00 PM) is required.

Responsibilities include designing assembly processes, developing tooling, and ensuring comprehensive testing campaigns for hardware reliability.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of relevant experience in aerospace systems integration or related field.
• U.S. Citizenship with ability to obtain and maintain DoD security clearance.
• Bachelor's degree in Aerospace, Mechanical, Manufacturing, or Electrical Engineering (or related technical discipline).

Responsibilities

• Design vehicle integration and test flows for satellite systems.
• Develop tools and hardware to enable assembly and testing.
• Manage test campaigns ensuring subsystem and system integrity.
• Interface with engineers and technicians to enable scalable manufacturing.
• Drive non-conformances to actionable system improvements.
