Job summary

Onyx Point, Inc. seeks a Systems Integration Engineer to support integration across sub-systems. You will work with customers, vendors, and engineers to provide technical assistance, configure systems, test, and troubleshoot while documenting changes.

A strong background in Windows, Linux, VMware, and networking is required. Citizenship and Security+ clearance eligibility are required, with local proximity to Ft. Meade, MD and potential remote options.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 8 years of related experience.
• Broad skills across Windows, Linux, VMware, and networking.
• Security+ is REQUIRED, US citizenship is mandatory.
• Experience with multiple listed technologies and a willingness to learn more.

Responsibilities

• Understand customer goals and identify optimal integration solutions.
• Perform customer integrations by following instructions and processes.
• Test and troubleshoot configurations to confirm successful integration.
• Communicate with customers during and after integration; participate in problem-solving.
• Author or update technical documentation.
• Identify and debug configuration errors via log analysis.
