Job summary

Lockheed Martin Space in Littleton, Colorado is seeking a Systems Integration Engineer to join the FBM Systems Integration team. You will lead mechanical interface definition, integration activities, and validation planning for space systems.

The role requires experience with mechanical integration, model-based engineering tools, and CREO proficiency, with the ability to obtain a DoD Secret clearance. Collaboration with cross-functional teams is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or higher degree in Engineering.
• Advanced CREO proficiency required.
• Experience with mechanical integration.
• Design experience utilizing Model Based Engineering tools.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a Secret clearance.

Responsibilities

• Perform mechanical interface definition, documentation, and change management
• Perform systems/hardware integration, test planning, and execution
• Perform analysis to evaluate interface compatibility and coordinate solutions to resolve discrepancies
• Coordinate design reviews and technical product reviews
• Lead and mentor a team of system integrators
