Job summary

Ignite Now is seeking a driven Systems (Integration) Analyst III in Huntsville, AL to support the MDA Chief Engineer by coordinating complex engineering efforts across internal and external systems.

You will contribute to an IPT, coordinate with POCs, and develop tools to capture metrics while ensuring schedule integrity and testing coordination. A Bachelor’s in STEM and 7+ years of experience, plus an active Secret clearance, are required.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience.
• Experience supporting IPTs and Technical Interchange Meetings (TIMs).
• Excellent organization and communication skills.
• Experience with systems integration.

Responsibilities

• Assist to facilitate integration between internal and external systems
• Contribute to an Engineering Integrated Product Team (IPT)
• Coordinate with technical POCs to facilitate cross‑team communication
• Develop tools and processes to capture relevant metrics
• Evaluate working group technical outputs to determine progress or status
• Evaluate how decisions might impact schedule, dependencies, and integrated testing
