Job summary

Agility Robotics is seeking a Senior Staff Systems Integration Engineer to lead bring-up and integration of new robotic subsystems in our Fremont hybrid office. You will own integration strategy across hardware, software, and control elements, collaborate with mechanical, electrical, and software teams, and ensure prototypes meet performance and reliability targets.

You will mentor engineers, drive cross-functional root-cause analyses, design robust test plans, and scale integration workflows

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in Systems Integration or related R&D functions.
• Broad experience with mechanical, electrical, and software teams.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional deep-dives and decisions.
• Preferred: Nvidia Jetson experience.
• Preferred: Computer vision systems experience.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant engineering field.

Responsibilities

• Lead bring-up and integration of subsystems into full humanoid robots.
• Develop integration plans and ensure prototype readiness for delivery.
• Architect tests for mobility, manipulation, perception, and energy systems.
• Drive root-cause analysis and cross-functional debugging sessions.
• Document integration issues and mentor engineers in troubleshooting.
