Job summary

Agility Robotics in Fremont, CA is seeking a Staff Systems Integration Engineer to own the bring-up and integration of new robotic systems, lead cross-functional root-cause analysis, and build scalable processes for faster prototype development.

You will coordinate efforts across mechanical, electrical, and software teams, verify interfaces, and ensure prototypes come online smoothly with stable performance and rapid issue resolution.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in Systems Integration or related R&D with complex mechatronic or autonomous systems.
• Breadth of experience with mechanical, electrical, and software teams.
• Proven track record designing and running engineering tests for high performance platforms.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional deep-dives and drive definitive technical decisions.

Responsibilities

• Lead bring-up of new sub-systems and their integration into full humanoid robotic systems.
• Verify hardware/software interfaces and confirm system-level interactions during early development stages.
• Develop, execute, and scale integration plans to ensure prototype readiness and delivery to partners.
• Drive cross-functional debugging sessions spanning mechanical, electrical, and software teams.
