Job summary

Agility Robotics is seeking a Senior Staff Systems Integration Engineer to lead bring-up and integration of new robotic systems. You will drive root-cause analysis and define integration architectures to ensure prototypes come online smoothly in a hybrid Fremont office.

This role blends hardware, software, and control in a safety-critical environment with collaboration across mechanical, electrical, and software teams.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in Systems Integration for complex mechatronic or autonomous systems.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams: mechanical, electrical, software.
• Knowledge of electro-mechanical, compute, and power architectures.
• Proven ability to run engineering tests and characterize high-performance platforms.
• Ability to drive technical decisions during multi-system triage.
• Preferred: Experience with Nvidia Jetson.

Responsibilities

• Lead bring-up of subsystems and integration into full humanoid systems.
• Develop and scale integration plans for prototypes and deliveries.
• Architect tests for mobility, manipulation, perception, charging.
• Drive cross-functional debugging and root-cause analysis.
• Collaborate across mechanical, electrical, software to align requirements.
