Job summary

Peraton is seeking a Senior Systems Integration Engineer to support testing of new Ground Infrastructure for a customer demonstration program in Huntsville, AL. The SIT/SrAdvisor will apply a holistic approach to the design, development, evaluation, and modification of end-to-end systems throughout their life cycle.

Responsibilities include developing quantifiable requirements, verifying them against standards, coordinating interfaces, and leading design reviews for hardware and software

Qualifications

• 12+ years with BS/BA or 10+ years with MS/MA
• 10+ years of experience in network systems engineering focusing on development, integration, and testing
• Active/Current Top Secret Security Clearance and US citizenship
• Experience in system integration, testing, and validation

Responsibilities

• Develops requirements based on customer description and design plans
• Verifies requirements against standards via formal verification methods
• Coordinates standards for integration, verification and validation
• Reviews interfaces and ensures components meet performance measures
• Leads design reviews for hardware and software components
• Develops test plans and executes tests to verify requirements
• Coordinates activities across internal groups and services
• Assists customer with scheduling, gathering requirements and data
• Participates in TEMs, sets agendas, records minutes, tracks actions
• Domestic travel up to 1–2 times per month
