L3Harris Technologies is seeking a Senior Manager, Systems Engineering to lead systems engineering efforts for EW and NGJ programs in Salt Lake City, UT. You will guide technical direction, lifecycle execution, and staffing for complex development and production efforts from concept through fielding.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Systems/Electrical/Software Engineering or related field.
• 12+ years related experience, or 10+ with a graduate degree.
• 5+ years technical leadership across EW/defense programs.
• Active Secret clearance, ability to obtain Top Secret.

Responsibilities

• Lead systems engineering teams for EW and NGJ programs.
• Ensure NGJ technical execution aligns with program objectives, schedule, and budget.
• Oversee requirements decomposition, traceability across RF, software, and subsystems.
• Develop system architectures and roadmaps for EW capabilities including NGJ growth.
• Coordinate cross-functional engineering execution across systems, RF, electrical, software, and test teams.
• Support proposal strategy, basis of estimate development, and customer demonstrations.
