Job summary

Lockheed Martin is seeking a Systems Engineer for the FBM SEIT team to lead requirements and verification activities on the Trident II D5LE program. You will coordinate across multi-disciplinary teams, drive system-level analyses, and collaborate with Navy counterparts to deliver verified, capable weapon systems while navigating schedule and cost constraints.

• Must have proven leadership experience.
• U.S. citizenship with the ability to obtain a Top Secret clearance.
• 5+ years of experience in systems engineering or related engineering discipline.

Responsibilities

• Lead missile performance requirements and verification effort through modernization and sustainment.
• Coordinate verification analyses and tests with customer and other contractors.
• Organize/coordinate domain expert objective evidence creation and documentation.
• Organize/coordinate system-level technical reviews.
• Drive requirements, verification and validation process improvements using MBSE techniques.
• Work with Navy counterparts to develop, test and field a strategic system.
