Job summary

Lockheed Martin Space in Littleton, CO seeks a Mission Success professional to support the Trident II LE2 program. You will interact with the Chief Engineer’s Office, Program Management, and the FBM Mission Success Lead to balance development and production issues across hardware and software.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree from an accredited university (STEM preferred).
• Ability to work with failure investigations and risk mitigation.
• Active Secret security clearance with the ability to obtain Top Secret clearance.
• Willingness to travel.

Responsibilities

• Mission Success Advocate – champion to ensure requirements are evaluated and risks managed across LE2.
• Technical SME – provide expertise to anticipate and prevent mission risk issues.
• Enterprise Communication – share best practices and coordinate MS Audit activities.
• Mission Success Event Management – manage IRB leadership and present issues to LM and customer leadership.
• Failure Resolution Cognizance – review major anomalies for root cause and corrective actions.
• Potential Reach Across Cognizance – communicate issues across related programs.
