Job summary

RTX is seeking an experienced F135 International Depot Program Manager to oversee maintenance management and the supplier relationship between Pratt & Whitney and the depot’s PSP. You will guide a large cross-functional team to meet contractual requirements and maintain service quality, while coordinating budget and financials.

Requirements include a BS in a technical field, 10+ years in program management/leadership, propulsion experience, and eligibility for DoD security clearance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field; DoD clearance ability required.
• 10 years of combined program management, leadership, and/or technical experience (or 7 years with an Advanced degree).
• 5 years of propulsion experience.
• U.S. citizenship and ability to obtain/maintain DoD clearance.

Responsibilities

• Represent the customer to PW and PSP teams supporting the depot.
• Provide program management direction to a large cross-functional team to ensure contract requirements and quality.
• Contact stakeholders to resolve constraints and improve contractual performance.
• Maintain quality and consistency by documenting trends in customer and supplier needs.
• Manage statements of work and optimize strategies to meet contractual requirements.
• Own financial commitments including PO placement and PSP invoicing; coordinate with Control Account Managers.
• Review annual cost proposals and drive negotiations for prime contract and PSP.
• Provide supervisory oversight of the site’s Depot Engine Manager.
