Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering with 7+ years of relevant lifecycle experience.
• Master's degree in Engineering with 5+ years of relevant experience, or Doctoral degree with 3+ years.
• ABET accreditation is preferred for engineering programs.
• Experience across lifecycle stages: conception, design, testing, deployment, operation.

Responsibilities

• Analyze system requirements and lead design and development activities.
• Guide users in formulating requirements, advise on alternative approaches, and conduct feasibility studies.
• Provide technical leadership for the integration of requirements, design, and technology.
• Incorporate new plans, designs, and systems into ongoing operations.
• Develop technical documentation, including system architecture and system design documentation.
• Guide system development and implementation planning through assessment or preparation of system engineering management plans and system integration and test plans.
• Interact with the Government regarding Systems Engineering technical considerations and issues.
• Communicate with program personnel, government overseers, and senior executives.
