Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
• 7–10 years of enterprise systems administration experience.
• Strong experience with Windows Server, AD, DNS, DHCP, and identity services.
• Experience with Microsoft 365 and Azure environments.
• Experience with Hyper-V virtualization and enterprise networking.
• Experience with enterprise storage and backup technologies.
• Scripting/automation with PowerShell.

Responsibilities

• Provide advanced operational support for enterprise hardware, software, cloud services, and infrastructure platforms.
• Monitor system health, identify trends, and proactively resolve issues before impact.
• Serve as senior escalation point for critical incidents and outages.
• Administer Windows Server environments, including Hyper‑V.
• Manage Active Directory, Group Policy, DNS, DHCP, and related services.
• Administer Microsoft 365 services (Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint).
• Manage Azure subscriptions, resources, and identity services.
• Configure and maintain SAN storage and networking infrastructure.
