Qualifications

• Advanced Windows and Linux OS administration and support, including log analysis and automation.
• Strong ITSM knowledge and processes.
• Experience with cloud services (AWS/Azure) and serverless architectures.
• Knowledge of network concepts and load balancing.
• Experience with automation in build/release pipelines.
• Familiarity with Puppet, Chef or Ansible for configuration management.

Responsibilities

• Provide advanced Windows and Linux OS support across environments.
• Mentor lower level engineers and lead multiple projects.
• Perform environment architecture/re-architecture and task automation.
• Coordinate with application teams for deployments and updates.
• Ensure security, compliance, and policy adherence across platforms.
