The role involves developing next-generation Unmanned Air Systems (UAS) Ground Control Stations by integrating new software and hardware. Candidates should have a Bachelor’s degree in engineering or a related field, 7-9 years of relevant experience, and the ability to secure a clearance. The position offers a dynamic environment with opportunities for travel and project engagement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in engineering or related field; or years of experience in lieu of degree.
• 7 to 9 years of related experience.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a security clearance.
• Up to 25% travel required.

Responsibilities

• Lead cross functional teams in an Agile Development environment.
• Meet with customers to support project goals.
• Manage requirements and ensure traceability to test cases.
• Integrate new hardware and software in a Linux development environment.

Skills

Multi-tasking aptitude

Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)

Strong written and oral communication skills

Experience with Agile Development methodologies

Proficient in using UML modeling tools

Education
