Leidos is seeking a Senior Systems Engineer for our Intel Sectors, Cyber & Analytics Business Area. You will work with software developers, SMEs, and analysts to derive requirements and craft system architectures for mission-critical programs.

The role demands strong leadership, proactive communication, and deep experience in systems engineering, requirements derivation, and documentation, with a TS/SCI clearance with poly as a must-have. Join Leidos to support national security missions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; five years SE experience may substitute for degree.
• Fourteen years' SE experience in similar scope is required.
• Active Top Secret/SCI clearance with polygraph is required.

Responsibilities

• Requirements gathering and development, systems integration and interoperability, architecture.
• Derive functional, system, and performance requirements.
• Create system engineering artifacts (CONOPs, diagrams).
• Develop feature schedules and backlog grooming.
• Write or review documentation and create status reports.
