Job summary

L3Harris Technologies in the United States seeks a motivated Systems Engineer to support a customer-facing role in a secure SCIF with an active TS/SCI clearance. The role focuses on managing requirements and generating system-level documentation through the program lifecycle.

You will work with software engineers in an Agile environment, participate in enterprise test events, and collaborate with stakeholders to define use cases and requirements.

Qualifications

• Active TS/SCI Clearance required.
• Bachelor’s Degree plus 6+ years of related experience; Graduate Degree with 4+ years; or 10 years with no degree.

Responsibilities

• Support a full-time on-site schedule in a SCIF environment.
• Act as customer-facing liaison, coordinating with stakeholders.
• Gather, define, and document use cases and requirements from customers.
• Generate and manage system and subsystem-level requirements specifications using requirements management tools.
• Contribute to systems engineering documentation and program artifacts throughout the lifecycle.
