Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree plus 4+ years in systems/software engineering OR graduate degree with 2+ years OR 8+ years with no degree
• Demonstrated experience engaging with stakeholders up to executives
• Experience through an entire build cycle and systems engineering life cycle
• Security+ (current or within 12 months)

Responsibilities

• Develop and document requirements with customers and system engineers.
• Test and troubleshoot Operator Interfaces across platforms.
• Coordinate with software developers to clarify requirements and use cases.
• Submit bid/proposals and track status in Jira/Confluence.
• Maintain status updates and issues in project tools.
