Job summary

Itezz Inc. is seeking a seasoned Systems Engineering professional in Annapolis, MD to lead key project work across lifecycle phases.

The role requires rigorous government-facing communication, strong systems understanding, and coordination with cross-functional teams to maintain production readiness and DoDAF-aligned architectures. Ideal candidates hold TS/SCI with poly and substantial experience in ISO/IEC 15288 processes, with the ability to influence stakeholders at executive levels and

Qualifications

• TS/SCI with Agency Appropriate Poly.
• High School Diploma or GED plus nineteen (19) years of general systems engineering experience.
• Bachelor's degree in a Qualified Engineering Field or related discipline plus fifteen (15) years of systems engineering experience.
• Master's degree in a Qualified Engineering Field or related discipline plus thirteen (13) years of systems engineering experience.
• PhD in a Qualified Engineering Field or related discipline plus thirteen (13) years of systems engineering experience.

Responsibilities

• Contributes to the development of sections of systems engineering documentation such as System Engineering Plans, Initial Capabilities Documents, Requirements specifications, and Interface Control Documents.
• Manages system requirements and derived requirements to ensure the delivery of production systems that are compatible with the defined system architecture(s).
• Assists with allocation of requirements to hardware, software, facility, and personnel components.
• Coordinates resolution of action items from CCB meetings, design reviews, program reviews, and test reviews requiring cross-discipline coordination.
• Performs analysis of technical alternatives and makes preliminary recommendations.
