Job summary

Itezz Inc. is seeking a highly qualified systems engineer with TS/SCI clearance to lead lifecycle activities from concept through retirement across ISO/IEC 15288 process areas.

You will ensure technical integrity and coordinate with government overseers and executives to resolve complex conflicts. Develop and deliver work products, supervise engineering staff, and lead cross-discipline collaboration to ensure mission-critical systems meet DoDAF architecture and DoD requirements.

Qualifications

• Requires TS/SCI with Agency Appropriate Poly.
• A High School Diploma or GED plus nineteen (19) years of general systems engineering experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in a Qualified Engineering Field or a related discipline from an accredited college or university plus fifteen (15) years of systems engineering experience.
• Master’s degree in a Qualified Engineering Field or a related discipline from an accredited college or university plus thirteen (13) years of systems engineering experience.
• PhD in a Qualified Engineering Field or a related discipline from an accredited college or university plus thirteen (13) years of systems engineering experience.

Responsibilities

• Contributes to development of sections of systems engineering documentation such as System Engineering Plans and Requirements specifications.
• Manages system requirements to ensure compatibility with defined architectures (DoDAF) and DoD standards.
• Coordinates action items from CCB meetings, reviews, and test events requiring cross-discipline coordination.
• Analyzes technical alternatives and makes preliminary recommendations for projects.
• Leads and supervises contractor systems engineering activities for projects.
