Job summary

Itezz Inc. is seeking a seasoned Systems Engineer to lead the development of system requirements, architecture, and integration for complex hardware/software solutions in federal programs.

The role requires TS/SCI with poly, advanced engineering degrees, and a track record of delivering mission-critical systems. This full-time position offers comprehensive benefits and opportunities to influence government projects.

Qualifications

• TS/SCI with Agency Appropriate Poly.
• High School Diploma or GED + 12 years of general system engineering experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in a Qualified Engineering Field or related discipline + 7 years of systems engineering experience.
• Master’s degree in a Qualified Engineering Field or related discipline + 5 years of systems engineering experience.
• PhD in a Qualified Engineering Field or related discipline + 3 years of systems engineering experience.

Responsibilities

• Analyze user requirements, concept of operations, and high-level system architectures to develop system requirements specifications.
• Lead design and development activities and provide technical leadership for integration of requirements, design, and technology.
• Guide users in formulating requirements, advise alternative approaches, and conduct feasibility studies.
• Develop system architecture and design documentation and plan system integration and testing.
• Interact with Government regarding Systems Engineering considerations and issues, ensuring technical integrity of work.
• Communicate with program personnel, government overseers, and senior executives.
