Qualifications

• Proven ability to manage project scope and build roadmaps with Jira/Confluence.
• Deep background in tactical SIGINT architectures and data flows.
• Strong customer and stakeholder engagement across external partners.
• Experience applying ISO/IEC 15288 lifecycle principles.
