Job summary

Nyla Technology Solutions in Annapolis Junction, MD is seeking a Systems Engineer to translate complex operational needs into clear system requirements, designs, and agile execution plans. You will lead sprint planning, engage with customers, and partner with DevOps to keep build pipelines moving.

The role requires extensive systems engineering experience, Agile leadership, and familiarity with container platforms and observability tools. A TS/SCI polygraph is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in systems engineering or related field, with 10+ years of experience.
• Alternatively Master’s Degree in related field with 8+ years experience.
• High School Diploma / GED with 14+ years hands-on technical systems engineering, requirements management, and Agile project leadership experience in lieu of a degree.
