Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 20+ years in similar scope programs.
• Additional 4 years experience may substitute the degree.
• Deep understanding of communications technologies, virtualization, systems architecture, and IT/SIGINT infrastructure.
• Proficiency in system and network engineering drawings (Visio, Adobe).
• Expertise in Linux and Windows system/network administration.
• Extensive experience in network and data processing system integration, deployment, and sustainment.
• Understanding of Cisco networking (routers, switches, security).
• Ability to create detailed system documentation and collaborate with Jira/Confluence.
• Proficiency in Word, Excel, PowerPoint and SharePoint.

Responsibilities

• Document all phases of design, implementation, and maintenance for new or upgraded systems.
• Draft preliminary design reviews, mission transition plans, and other engineering deliverables.
• Design, interpret, and modify system and network drawings using Visio and Adobe.
• Support network and data processing system integration, including hardware and software configuration.
• Support rack and stack installation, cabling, testing, and troubleshooting.
• Provide system and network administration across Linux and Windows environments.
• Create detailed system documentation and collaborate with cross-functional teams using Jira and Confluence.
