Responsibilities

• Supervise additions and changes to network hardware and operating systems.
• Provide day-to-day support for network hardware, OS performance, and problem detection.
• Troubleshoot network hardware issues at the physical level and test devices.
• Plan and implement new network infrastructure for voice and data networks.
• Perform systems management, integration, and patching with adherence to standards.
• Ensure systems are current with approved patches and assist with accreditation tasks.
